I-MAPP Team Review™ is a simple, Internet-based approach designed to gather, analyze and provide performance feedback gathered from multiple sources. These sources can include as many respondents as desired. Most typically, they are:

  • Self
  • Supervisor
  • Peers
  • Team members
  • Direct reports
  • Customers.

THE I-MAPP TEAM REVIEW™ DIFFERENCE

We customize the program for clients around their core values, competencies, and behaviors, such as teamwork, client service and communications. These major factors are then defined by a number of behavioral statements. For example:

  1. Committed to meeting team goals
  2. Displays cooperative/supportive attitude with team members
  3. Takes initiative to help and support team members
  4. Respects individual differences and is sensitive to others' needs
  5. Effectively balances team goals with individual goals.

Because I-MAPP Team Review™ is Internet-based, all administration is conducted by Meek and Associates and our strategic software partners, Groundspace. System safeguards protect employee anonymity and confidentiality. We administer the site, develop the questions, compile responses and produce feedback reports customized to each client's needs. Typical reports include:

  • Detailed report of each performance factor, including comments (sample)
  • A summary of feedback regarding major factors (sample)
  • The top and bottom rated factors (sample).
  • As you can see from the sample output, each report contains graphic and statistical representation of feedback by each respondent category.

TRAINING MODULES

We have also developed two training modules we believe are critical to the successful implementation of I-MAPP Team Review™. They are:

  • Orientation
    This provides an overview of team review concepts, as well as the I-MAPP Team Review™ process, approach and steps.
  • Understanding Team Review Feedback
    This training helps participants interpret and use team review results to develop action plans to improve performance, skills and competencies.

CUSTOMIZING I-MAPP TEAM REVIEW™

Our approach to customizing I-MAPP Team Review™ includes the following major steps:

  • First, we define the client's goals, purpose and use of multi-source feedback
  • Then we identify the core values, skills and behaviors
  • The format and style of employee feedback reports, in addition to administrative and system needs and requirements, are then determined
  • We review training needs and customize the training modules.
